Crowning Miss Arkansas' Teen

When a state titleholder wins the title of Miss America or Miss America's Teen, the next step is to crown a young lady to continue the representation of the state title until the next titleholder is crowned. 

After Payton Bolling captured the title of Miss America's Teen in early January, the Miss Arkansas Organization has proudly designated her first runner up, Bella Crowe, as Miss Arkansas' Teen 2025. 

Makayla, Carleigh, Graceanne, and many local titleholders from across the state of Arkansas, gathered at our beautiful capital rotunda for Bella's official crowning ceremony on Thursday afternoon.
