The Johnson County Peach Festival is one of the most unique events that our titleholders attend each year, and B Elizabeth Photography captured the memories from this year's festival flawlessly.

The Miss Arkansas Valley & Johnson County Organization works in close partnership with the Peach Festival Association and our preliminary titleholders become lifelong members of the Peach Fest family. This includes support from amazing sponsors like Breighdyn Umholtz, Johnson County local and owner of B Elizabeth Photography.

Abigail Cotton, the newly crowned Miss Arkansas Valley’s Teen 2026, captured the crown on July 12, 2025 in Clarksville, AR.

​Abi is the 16 year old daughter of Billy Cotton and Noel Betnar. She is a native of Clarksville, and has a rich history in the Miss Arkansas Valley & Johnson County Org and Johnson County Peach Festival Pageants.

Khloe Muldoon was crowned as the fourth ever Miss Johnson County's Teen on Saturday, July 12th. 

Khloe, the daughter of Kris and Dawn Muldoon, is an incoming Junior at Clarksville High School. She is a member of the CHS volleyball, gold & tennis teams and serves as the Majorette for the CHS Panther Band.

Phoebe Grace Johnson has been crowned Miss Arkansas Valley 2026. She captured the heart of the judges on July 12th in Clarksville, AR.

She's a native of Little Rock, AR. Phoebe has a rich history within the Miss Arkansas Valley & Johnson County Organization. She held the title of Miss Arkansas Valley Outstanding Teen 2019.

On Saturday, July 12th, our 83rd Queen Elberta/Miss Johnson County 2026 was crowned at the Clarksville Fine Arts Center in Clarksville, Arkansas.

Emily June Cross, the 20 year old daughter of Alice and Alan Cross, captured this prestigious title.
