Meet Miss Arkansas Valley's Teen: Abigail Cotton

Abigail Cotton, the newly crowned Miss Arkansas Valley’s Teen 2026, captured the crown on July 12, 2025 in Clarksville, AR.

​Abi is the 16 year old daughter of Billy Cotton and Noel Betnar. She is a native of Clarksville, and has a rich history in the Miss Arkansas Valley & Johnson County Org and Johnson County Peach Festival Pageants.

Abi garnered $1050 in scholarship monies after being awarded the Leadership Award. After serving at Miss Johnson County’s Teen in 2024, she has received over $2000 in scholarships from the Miss Arkansas Valley & Johnson County Org. She is also the first young lady to hold both Teen titles within our local system.

Abi performed an original HERStory titled “Invisible No More.” Her Community Service Initiative is “S.W.A.D.E.: The Importance of Autism Awareness.”

Abi will be competing for Miss Arkansas’ Teen in June 2026. More updates to come on her year!
