2024 Winner Damaris Castaneda Congratulations to Damaris Castaneda - 2024 Scholarship Winner This year’s recipient of the Johnson County Peach Festival’s $1,000 scholarship is a 2023 Clarksville High School graduate. She enjoys playing the flute, watching F1 races, shopping, and reading. Damaris plans for the to attend Arkansas Tech University and obtain her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Certificate of Proficiency in Spanish for Medical Interpretation. She hopes to become a pediatric travel nurse and work at Arkansas Children’s Hospital before going back to school to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice Post-Master’s degree. Best of Luck, Damaris |
Senior Scholarship
The Johnson County Peach Festival Association will award a $1000 scholarship to a 2025 Johnson County graduating high school Senior. The scholarship is open to any student planning to attend college and is a current resident of Johnson County.
Applications for the scholarship can be downloaded below or picked up in the counselor's office at Clarksville, Lamar, Westside and Oark High Schools.
2025 Applications will be available by the end of October. Deadline for all applications is April 11, 2025.
